Responsibilities:

l  Develop and maintain a quality management system in compliance with company directives. The quality system includes QC， QA， documentation control and continuous improvements program.

l  Review， audit， train， and provide directions to the function of ISO 9001. Schedule and conduct internal and external audits as required to comply with quality management system requirements.

检验、审核、培训、并为ISO9001的功能指明方向。根据质量管理体系要求制定并推行内部和外部的审核。

l  Review customers’ problems or requests， to evaluate technical solutions to product performance in the field. Initiate studies and testing to gather data for production evaluations.

审核客户的问题和需求，在该领域根据产品性能提供技术解决方案。通过研究和测试为产品的评估方案收集材料。

l  Provide monthly reports， to include supplier quality and internal quality and external quality metrics. Use specialized Quality Engineering knowledge to coordinate and initiate new quality methods to meet current and future customer requirements， planned company objectives， and improved production capabilities and standards.

l  Coordinate the preparation of reports from scrap， tool samples， process control plans and quality procedures. Recommend changes to methods， equipment and personnel to improve quality and reduce costs. Discuss and resolve quality concerns with other departments R&D， production as well as external customers.

l  Work with R&D and manufacturing to review pre and post production process variables， problem areas， required inspection tooling， and required documentation.

l  Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

l  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering， masters Degree preferred.

l  Minimum of 8 years related experience in quality management， meanwhile 5 years as supervisor.

l  Good written and reading skills in English.

l  Strong troubleshooting skills.

l  Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Principles.

l  Data Driven Individual.

资格：

机械工程学士学位，硕士学位优先。

至少8年的质量管理经验，同时5年主管。

良好的英语读写能力。

很强的解决问题的能力。

六西格玛和精益制造原则。

数据驱动的个体。
